Additionally, we specialize in recruiting workers and specialists for Poland, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania, and Hungary, ensuring official employment and legal documentation.
One of the mandatory requirements is the signing of a contract that holds legal force both in Lithuania and in the client's or partner's country.

The key principles of our work:
We operate exclusively on the basis of official contracts, adhering to the laws and regulations of Lithuania and the country of employment. We handle all necessary work documents and visas, followed by the signing of a corresponding agreement with the employer and our company.
We do not offer unverified vacancies. Our international partners are trusted companies with strong reputations and positive feedback.
From the initial call and employer agreement to visa submission, travel arrangements, accommodation, and employment conditions. If needed, we assist with changing your job without leaving the host country.
We only begin the document preparation process after receiving individual confirmation from our international partners. If an employer does not approve your candidacy, the process does not start, and no advance payments are required.
We value Lithuania and aim to contribute to its development. Therefore, we pay taxes and do not accept cash payments or transfers to personal accounts. All payments are made exclusively to the bank account of our licensed company after agreement with the employer and contract signing, ensuring your visa approval and employment.
